Delete an Ecosystem Genesis account
You can start deletion of your account and associated data on the website. Open Account, sign in with the emailed code, then choose Delete account. A separate single-use email code confirms deletion.
Open Account and start deletion ↗Deleted and retained data
Deletion permanently removes the profile, sessions, leaderboard record, and account entitlements. A Google receipt may remain with Google, but a deleted account's entitlement is not automatically transferable. Contact support before deletion if you purchased ad removal.
Account data stays until deletion; security logs and expired codes only as needed for security; purchase evidence while entitlement, fraud prevention, or legal duties require it. Delete the account in-game after email confirmation. Launch emails have a separate unsubscribe link. Minimal records required for legal claims or retention duties may remain.
