Terms of Use
1. Service
Ecosystem Genesis is an ecosystem simulation in development. Local play and saves do not require an account. The optional account supports the Hall of Fame, cross-device unlocks, and account-wide ad-free entitlement.
2. Account
By registering, you state that you are at least 16, use an email address you control, and accept these terms. Keep sign-in codes and sessions private. Misleading, unlawful, or abusive nicknames may be removed.
3. Ads
The game may offer voluntary rewarded ads. Before each ad, it clearly states the required action and the permanent species unlock offered as the reward; declining does not block use of the free part of the game. A reward is granted only after successful completion and server-side verification. Ad availability is not guaranteed.
4. Ad-free purchase
Ad removal is planned as a one-time, non-consumable Google Play product with an intended base price of USD 0.99. Google Play shows the binding local price, tax, and currency. After server verification, entitlement belongs to the signed-in Ecosystem Genesis account and applies to every login and supported device using that account. Sign in before purchasing. Entitlement is not transferable.
5. Payment, support, and refunds
Google Play processes payment. The one-time development support product is not a charitable donation and grants no gameplay, score, ranking, or ad-free advantage. Purchases, support, and ads never change Hall of Fame scoring: #1 is the highest server-verified game score. Pending transactions grant nothing. Purchases may be restored and reverified. Refunds follow Google Play rules and mandatory consumer law.
6. Account deletion
Deletion permanently removes the profile, sessions, leaderboard record, and account entitlements. A Google receipt may remain with Google, but a deleted account's entitlement is not automatically transferable. Contact support before deletion if you purchased ad removal.
7. Licence and fair use
You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence. Do not manipulate ads, rewards, payments or rankings; overload or unlawfully modify the service; or infringe others' rights.
8. Availability and liability
A development build and its online, ad, and ranking services may change or be interrupted. Nothing excludes mandatory liability; otherwise the service is provided without warranties to the extent allowed by law.
9. Changes and contact
Material changes receive a new version and date and may require renewed acceptance. Contact: playevolutionsimulator@gmail.com. Hungarian law applies without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
10. Launch gift
Launch gift: the first 22 email-verified accounts receive free account-wide ad removal, including existing accounts. No gift is granted after all places are taken. Deletion does not free a place; the entitlement is not transferable.
